Can you summarize a little what lead to it, and how it exhibits now?

Were you changing your installations, or somebody ran some updates on your setup that lead to that profile being loaded in a newer release version than you normally use?

After creating a separate compatible profile, the app should no longer see that as incompatible going forwards, if using that clean profile. Are you saying that even the new profile still shows this error?

How are you accessing the browser now? Does it need to create a new profile every single time you launch it now?
