Why is the browser top still showing up in fullscreen?

Did you use the inbuilt Firefox option or just Windows etc.
i.e. did you use the diagonal double arrow on the Fx toolbar? Do you have the arrow, if not right click on the toolbar and customise.
see image. If I move the mouse away the toolbars disappear.

No i'm using the built in fullscreen but my toolbar is still showing. I have no idea what causes this.
