how to turn off split view

How do I turn off the "split view" option... or move it somewhere else?

I get you are trying to add features... but this is one I dont need or want... and its in the place of a feature I ACTUALLY use "open link in new tab".

Very frustrating to try to open a new link only to loose HALF the screen I am currently using and NO WAY to move said tab off.

Unbelievably weird placement of this "feature".

Hope this helps go to about:config → browser.tabs.splitView.enabled → false
