Hello,

Here are some solutions to this problem : 1. Try Troubleshoot Mode:

  • Open the menu , click Help > Troubleshoot Mode > Restart. If the site works, an extension or theme is likely causing the crash.

2. Clear Cache & Cookies:

  • Clear cache

3. Disable Hardware Acceleration:

  • Go to Settings > General > Performance, uncheck "Use recommended performance settings," and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".

4. Check for Software Conflicts:

  • Update your graphics drivers or temporarily disable security software that might be interfering.

5. Create a New Profile:

  • If all above fails, create a new profile. If it works, then the profile is most likely corrupted.

6. Refresh Firefox: (last resort)

  • Use the "Refresh Firefox" feature in about:support to reset to default settings while keeping bookmarks and passwords.
