FF147.0.1 64bit Linux

I have about:config > toolkit.legacy ... stylesheets set to true, but how can I determine if FF actually 'loaded' the file <profile>/chrome/userChrome.css ?

Alternatively, is there a css tweak that is known to still be working in FF147?

It should be noted on about:support in the Legacy user stylesheets section.

Thanks. I pointed my browser to about:support then scrolled down. and found "Legacy user stylesheets". It's empty ... but nearly everything is empty, as in there is no data on the page, just blank fields, the exceptions being links such as "about:profiles"
