Firefox 79.0 to 115 ESR requires macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 to run. Firefox 116.0 to current requires macOS 10.15 (ten.fifteen) or later to run. Firefox Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10 and 10.11 users move to Extended Support Release https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-mac-osx-users-esr If you can update your macOS to 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 then you can use Firefox 115 ESR currently at Fx 115.32.0esr and last planned update will be Fx 115.33.0esr unless Mozilla decides before then to extend updates yet again.
