What Windows version do you have?

The Firefox useragent you used to post this thread was Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

The NT 6.2 is Windows 8.

If you do indeed have Windows 8 (or 7, 8.1) then the most current version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR currently 1t 115.29.0esr

If you have Windows 10 then you may be running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode for some reason. You can uncheck running the program in compatibility mode as per guides like https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

Then you can do an update to current Firefox Release and current Firefox 140 ESR from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/
