Hi,

If your menu bar isn’t responding and you need to get to your saved passwords, try these steps:

Use the keyboard shortcut instead of the menu:

On Windows/Linux: press Ctrl + Shift + A to open settings, then go to Privacy & Security → Logins and Passwords.

On Mac: press press Cmd + Shift + A , to open preferences, then go to Privacy & Security → Logins and Passwords.

Hope this helps!!

On Windows, Ctrl+Shift+J will open Firefox's Browser Console, so you can skip that part.

Is the problem with the top bar (for example, Alt+T to drop the Tools menu) or with the menu button on the main toolbar?

Depending on the last time you updated, perhaps you are still using the version that sometimes had a glitch that blocked most of the toolbars. The workaround was to slide one of the tabs left or right to switch its position with its neighbor, and that released the lock on the toolbars.
