I recently got a new PC, and all my information was erased from it. I thought it wouldn't be a problem, as I expected to get everything back by logging into my account. However, after trying to sync my account for hours and searching on Google and YouTube for solutions, none of my information has returned.

When I contacted the person I bought the PC from, he said he couldn't help because I had forgotten to do something, possibly related to a Firefox update. I'm devastated and was hoping someone here could help. Is there a moderator or administrator who could assist with account recovery?

He probably said you forgot to backup your firefox. If everything was wiped from your PC that would include your account as well. Can you explain why the wipe was done and by whom?

yeah I think it wasn't backed up, It was wiped because i got a new PC and everything was wiped by the Tech Support guy

In this situation, this forum hasn't got mods/admins that specifically assist in system recoveries. I'm sure there are folks here that may offer suggestions on solutions - recovery software exists but its a chore and can be hit and miss. I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you - maybe your tech support guy can come up with a program.
