Those popups come from whatever sites your own that will send it. Firefox browser by default doesn't send such popups.

I dont own any sites, they still comes through Firefox as a portal

This is a community support forum as nobody here does support by publicly posted email addresses.

If these are small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox windows then these popups could be web push notifications for sites you have allowed to send you notifications. You can revoke any sites you do not not want notifications from.
