When sending invoices from Quickbooks through Mozilla Thunderbird email, the "view invoice" and "pay online" button there, it shows up as links not the icon or button to press. What do I do? Customers can not view or pay through the invoice i am sending. I am new to Thunderbird, I am switching from Outlook.

Have you checked that in, say gmail web interface?

Thunderbird supports no scripting, so if those buttons come into existence from remote server side scripts, which is becoming very popular with the cloud accounting folk then they will simply not load in Thunderbird.

I get the feeling we are dealing with remote content here because I would expect an invoice to arrive as an attached PDF file in most circumstances.
