Transferring bookmark folders and contents

I've a large HTML bookmarks file, all good. I'd like to transfer them and the folders to a new machine. Can I simply copy/paste selected files to a new folder, or drag/drop? I want to keep my existing nested folders/sub-folders.

You can import an HTML bookmarks backup in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).

Thank you so much, cor-el. The article covering the matter and the process simply - settings/import data - was as seamlessly efficient as I expect from Mozilla. All bookmarks across, all in folders/sub-folders. One comment - these instructions are so straight-forward I wonder why there is so much less so in some others? Perhaps legacy materials? In any case, a great many thanks.
