Open the file you want to print. Then, press Ctrl + P to see the print dialog. Now, make sure the printer is connected and find the printer name in the printers list. Then tap print. If this doesn't work, please attach image/ explain what is happening in detailed.

If all else fails, save the file. Then print it. You can always delete the file after.
