The PDF attachment automatically saves to a folder and it does not give me any option asking to open save when i go to Options > Attachments there is no option for Delete Action for PDF files I uninstalled PDF reader, and loaded it again it is still the same i do not get any option and i can not delete the pdf option

Of course you can not delete the pdf option as PDF handling is built into the application, yopui can modify the options as to what happens, just as I changed to the adobe reader.

What I can see from the image you posted is it does not have the adobe icon on it, as the one I posted does, what is showing in your image is kind windows offers up if you are pointing to the incorrect application (One that does not exist in the location specified.)

I suggest you click on the Application details menu item and correct the application to use.
