I love the Firefox Top Sites, and use them all the time. However I would like to to able to number them, so that they display in the order that I select. They seem to move around, which is very annoying.

You can pin a website to a tile to have them in a fixed place. Otherwise Firefox will reorder them using a visit count and frecency (frequency and recency) bonus points.
