What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?

Windows 10 Enterprise N and Firefox version 65.0.1. 3 days ago I updated the windows. Firefox can't load sites like yt, suport.mozilla.org and others.

Clicks on ox.pl and it opened just fine. What does your error says or screenshot of the error?

not ox.pl but olx.pl. i am writting to you from Microsoft Edge becouse firefox can't open your support page. when i open youtube the message is displayed

Wpisz w pasku adresu about:config i ustaw media.wmf.vp9.enabled = false.

Powinno pomóc póki co, po aktualizacji Windowsów zmienisz sobie z powrotem.
