I have already tried the tools/options/content (javascript enabling is no longer an option) and the config thing on the internet and toggled it and it has always and still says true by the javascript.

Thunderbird does not support javascript in email messages. I suspect this warning message is embedded in the message itself.

Can you quote the exact error message, or better, provide a screen shot?

That sounds like a web page. Why would you be trying to open it in an email client?
