thunderbird claims that I have disabled my javascript and will not allow email access
I have already tried the tools/options/content (javascript enabling is no longer an option) and the config thing on the internet and toggled it and it has always and still says true by the javascript.
I would like my email back so if anyone can help, thank you

Thunderbird does not support javascript in email messages. I suspect this warning message is embedded in the message itself.
Can you quote the exact error message, or better, provide a screen shot?
If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?.
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Choose file… button below the Post a Reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
It says my screen shot is too large but this is what it says:

That sounds like a web page. Why would you be trying to open it in an email client?
