Hello, How do we enable the javascript in the thunder bird email? From time to time when I get a email it say to view full email ,enable javascript,or enable javascript to veiw email right?

For security reasons you can not enable any scripting in the body of an email. That includes Vb Script as well as JavaScript and some of the more automated parts of the HTML5 standard as well. Thunderbird's developers are very security and privacy conscious.
Why do you think Microsoft tells people to not open suspicious emails, and expects them to correctly work out what is suspicious. If you guessed because their mail clients run automatic scripts on opening mail you would be correct. Hence no scripts in Thunderbird, no issues with drive by malware downloading and launching when you open the email.
