Hi,

I have successfully installed ThunderBird on a laptop (about 6 months ago) - where it shows almost 27000 emails with attachments

When I try to copy over the file (to a NEW laptop I just bought) - with a new profile name - by following your guidelines. The profile copies - but only 4,300 emails come over. Some emails are there but without text or attachments.

Is it possible to drag drop ? or another way?

Then something may get lost during the copy process. Make sure everything gets copied over.
