Hi mblack7711, This is not expected behavior, however let's check a few things. Is your ipad the first generation, and is it up to date on the Operating System version? (9.x)

I would first try this:

  1. Sign out of the account on the ipad
  2. Restart the ipad
  3. Sign back in and swipe down on the bookmarks panel in a new tab

Tap on the "Desktop Bookmarks" folder and see if there is another folder within that one "Desktop Bookmarks" -> I am wondering if there is a folder structure for your bookmarks similar to mine. (They merged strangely)
