There is not an e-mail list, however, by leaving Firefox auto-updates turned on, your Firefox will automatically update within a day or two of updates being released (in most cases) without you having to do anything.

Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select Update. Check the settings.

You can also set it up to notify you without updating.

Actually am looking for way to get notifications for our internal IT-Security team related to Mozilla updates for patches, etc to address CVE-related. RSS feed, etc? Anything like that?

You probably want to monitor the following page, which unfortunately does not have an RSS feed built-in:

https://www.mozilla.org/security/advisories/

You could try an extension or service to monitor for changes to the page, or use one of the many vendors which monitor Mozilla security announcements.
