Dragging links onto bookmark bar sub folders is difficult - Any way to slow down those menu fades?

Happens on all Windows versions when dragging a link (eg: from a page or the URL bar), to the bookmarks toolbar.

I nest and organize links up to 3 folders deep on the bookmark bar via hover/select, but as most will understand, a click-hold along with accurate mouse movement is difficult. I am not disabled, but during the hover/select, it is typical to have to repeat the process two or three times just to get the link in the right place, because the menu fades are set to quick by default. Try it, you'll see.

I have trouble finding the "sweet spot" all too often when saving a new bookmark to a folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar. I get around that by saving bookmarks to the Bookmarks Toolbar folders via the Bookmarks Sidebar. = {Ctrl + B } then open the folder before dragging the tab into the folder.

I tried that too. Seems the drag/hover activation speed is twice as slow as the bookmark toolbar and then of course there's the inherent hover/expand-down and off the screen. Then you have to collapse things manually afterward.. I hate to compare, but they seem to have figured out this kind of menu finesse in Google Chrome. (it seems to allow the user a grace-hover-period of about 400-600ms before fading the sub-folder one was trying to position and drag to).

Mr. edmeister - I'm glad you understood the issue right away. One can spend a fair chunk of time in forums trying explaining the smaller hiccups in UI efficiency.
