Stop Messages From Deleting Without Permission
Some mornings when I start up my computer and open Mozilla Thunderbird, all of my emails have been deleted. I double check my inbox at the end of every day to make sure I haven't deleted any emails, but they are gone in the morning. I have been right through all of my settings and disabled all Automatic Deleting options, but I keep losing important emails.

You'd need to be a little more specific. What exactly didn't help? Which steps mentioned in the article did you go through?
I went through all of the steps and nothing changed. my settings are all correct but my messages keep disappearing.
is that the entire inbox or only messages older than a certain age? Do you have anything in your anti virus logs or quarantine with the word inbox? Is the account IMAP or POP?
