Original question truncated. Win Vista basic on pc and Firefox 35.0, Comcast home page content in the center of the page is accessible. The black rectangle across the top of the page is blank (it should have links to for Signin, TV, Support, etc.) and the box on the left stack shows only "Loading" above the My Account link (which doesn't work). I am unable to login. Comcast's home page works fine using Chrome or IE. Starting FF in safe mode generates a blank tab/page as does opening a second FF page or tab if I already have the Comcast home page open in FF. Screen shot attached.
