I own a website that has chat rooms for each of my advisors. As of 2 days ago they are all having issues. I have them login with Firefox but now asking them to use Google Chrome...............low and behold it works

Whats the issue as i believe it started with the latest Firefox update

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Customize Overflow is missing an important tool

I generally avoid the updates. I've been burned a few times too many. So, I always check to see what is actually new. This 140 has two things I like, "Unload Tabs" and "Customize Overflow".

Unfortunately, "Customize Overflow" is missing the MOST IMPORTANT tool for this process. How do you REMOVE existing items that clutter and make a mess of the few tool I actually use.

Please fix and make this a fully useful tool.

I updated to the newest version of firefox the day it released and everything was fine until today 7-4-25. I logged onto my pc and it would not open. Task manager doesnt even recognize it as a program. So i restarted, still did not open, i refreshed with the installer still did not open. Set as run as administrator it opens but i get a white screen with all my tabs crashed out my settings are gone in firefox and i cant open anything in the options at all below is how my firefox looks no matter what i do. I have gone into command prompt and everything did a flush i went to check to see if the launcher was enabled it is enabled in the actual config but it comes up as disabled in the support page (and thats when I can get those to open they dont open all the time) I uninstalled and reinstalled three times. and yes i did a fresh install.
