I just updated Firefox, and I went to check the version and see it is still the same version 21. I upgraded to 22 so how come it still didn't update?

When I started Firefox after the update a message came up that said "This program was blocked by your system: C:/Program Files (x86)/Mozilla Firefox/firefox.exe" that probably was the directory of the new version.

May you try to reinstall firefox, but download from here

  • make sure when you uninstall, dont check remove my customizations too
