New Download settings in Firefox

I have had Firefox for many years and have been downloading files for many years. All of a sudden, today, when I went to download a file, rather that the usual Download Folder appearing at the bottom of my screen, a green arrow from the top of the FF tool box appeared and I was forced to download from there. The file still went to my Download Folder, but I would rather just go back to the way I always downloaded files, which I believe was just through Windows and my computer. How do I disengage FF from being involved with the Download process all together?

That is a new feature in Firefox 20.

If you prefer the old dialog, there apparently is a way to switch back. I haven't tried it myself. Check out this thread: Got new version, want to go back to previous download box, the new one has no history and doesn't show speed of download, how do I go back?
