hello trinaglover2, this is a scam - apparently there's malware active on your computer. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/06/technology/ransomware-is-expanding-in-the-united-states.html?pagewanted=1&_r=0

however this is not an issue directly linked to firefox and we are no experts on malware removal, so you'd probably better off posting to a forum specialised on computer security, hopefully they can assist you in removing this malware.

some recommended scan programs & forums are listed in Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

depending on your operating system....win7 and 8 you can boot to a menu that will remove startup items that are preventing clean booting by turning off your computer and restarting and pushing the f8 key on your keyboard then choose the appropriate methoid of booting...for xp and vista use safe mode with networking and download malwarebytes and run it to remove malware from the system

Hi, you are infected with FBI ransomware. First of all, do not pay the fine. To unblock your computer you should use antimalware tools. There are several ways of removing the virus depending on the version you have. You may wish to Google for removal instructions or have a look at these http://www.majauskas.com/fbi-scam-3-ways-to-remove-it
