Contact list freezes when using AT&T webmail

more options

Now that I have email contacts in my att.net webmail box, once I begin to compose a message, the first few contacts appear in a drop-down menu (overwriting everything under them) and won't go away. I can't see the subject line, I can't see the names of who I'm sending to (if the list is more than one or two lines), and even when I navigate away from the page, the contact list is still frozen to the screen.

Hmmm, could you try disabling graphics hardware acceleration? Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few display artifacts with some drivers.

You usually need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If you restart Firefox, is the issue resolved?
