downgrading my realplayer is not an option..I downloaded your 13 series and it wont install because it says your stupid firefox program is running. even though I closed all windows and went as far as opening my task manage to verify it was closed.. you guys have gotten as stupid as yahoo.. you have upgraded your crap some much you broke it.. I can play my texas holdem on firefox but can do it on IE.. I can see vids ON IE.. so guess what.. I will be downloading chrome and untill you people figure out how to fix ur crap. I will cease using it
