Is it possible that after installing firefox my MacBook Pro trackpad is not responsive to enlarging text on web pages- scrolling is working fine.

Just installed firefox and read others had the same problem. Is there a solution? Ironically I installed firefox for better track pad response as prescribed by a godaddy rep.
