When I click in the navigation bar text box the url disappears

When I click on any text box, including the one I am inputting into, all text to the right of where I click disappears, one character at a time. The same thing happens with Outlook: if I start it, my email gets deleted from my inbox about 5 emails per second. Norton AntiVirus does not find any problems. Help!

Sounds that you have a sticky Delete key.

Try another keyboard to see if that works properly.
