Firefox not compatible with webroot security suite
Each time I try to update to the newest version of Firefox I get a notice that it is not compatible with my Webroot Security Suite, which will leave me WIDE OPEN to attack. This would seem to be a major problem that no one is addressing. In the mean time my old version of Firefox is freezing, jamming, locking up, and creating hell. If Mozilla can not or will not resolve the issue I will be removing Firefox permanently.

You aren't reading that message completely or you aren't comprehending what is it saying. Firefox does not disable a complete security suite, all it does is disable add-ons that are installed for Firefox if they aren't marked as being compatible with the new version of Firefox that you are starting to install.
Webroot has to make their Firefox add-on compatible with Firefox. Mozilla didn't create that add-on and they may not even have the legal right to mess with another company's product under the DCMA or copyright law.
Have you even checked with Webroot for an updated version of that add-on for Firefox 5.0, which was released almost 6 weeks ago?

Firefox IS broken. Every update above 3.6.xxx 1: Is NOT compatible with Webroot (which every previous version of firefox was). 2: Does NOT allow access to my HotMail account ( displatys only, no control ). Since IE 8 or 9 is slower than Snailmail I have been using Opera ( which also has NO incompatibility problems with Webroot. Also, since upgrading, MYMSN homepage has been altered. I no longer use firefox as my Primary browser, and, if it isn't fixed in the next "update", will be uninstalled from ALL of my machines. Has ANYONE checked for an update to firefox that works with Webroot which was released years ago and is compatible with everything else i have ever used.

It is more than a little presumptuous to criticize those who have had a useful tool (that costs $$) rendered even partially useless for some of the more relevant functions by an upgrade that does not warn of conflicts while installing. An explanation of WHAT has happened is useful, but being able to return to the prior [working] Firefox version would be the easier thing to do, and Mozilla should make that available.
