How do I move the Cache folder to a different drive in Win 7? I don't see the Browser.cache.disk.parent directory like in previous versions.

That preference does not exist by default. Right-click in the about:config window and choose New > String, set it name to browser.cache.disk.parent_directory and value to where you want the cache. (Note there is an underscore in the name)
