It is not an add-on that I am familiar with. If it has an options dialog, check it to see if there is a setting to add the icon to the toolbar. If there is no setting to add the icon, follow the procedure in the Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars article to see if you can drag and drop the icon onto the toolbar from the customize toolbar dialog box.
