I have Windows Vista and the automatic update for Firefox 3.6.4 was paused during download and I cannot get it to resume.

I have been having trouble with Firefox freezing when I try to open web pages (some, not all) so I checked for updates. (I have it set to automatically update.) When I click on the Help tab and look for updates it says "Resume downloading Firefox 3.6.4", when I click on this I get "paused downloading Firefox 3.6.4" and "connecting to the update server..." and then nothing happens.
