Firefox keeps murdering a cookie

I have an account on http://www.mmorpg.com, everytime I click to save my login and keep me logged in, the cookie "AUTOLOGIN" will show up in my cookie list, but an hour later I'll be logged out from the website.

Website staff have already attempted to reproduce the issue, and found that it works fine for them to keep me logged in, anyone have any ideas?

In regards to my 'extensions', do I need Java Console or Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant?
