MacOS Firefox desktop 158.0.1 (aarch64) does not save PDF files at all

starfish19

I updated today because of the CA issue but this version of Firefox seems not to be able to save PDF files. This might be a bug.

What I did to try to resolve:

1. Tested saving PDFs from different websites: no PDFs were saved. All failed silently (Save as PDF dialog closes as normal after I select the destination for the file. No file is produced, no error message is shown.)

2. Checked to see if a different application could save PDFs today on my computer. No problem. It's just Firefox.

3. Restarted Firefox: same problem

4. Restarted my Mac (mini m4, Sequoia 15.8.1): same problem

Note: Printing on paper from Firefox still works.

I didn't change anything, but today, PDFs are created as normal. Maybe an extension updated? (Checks extensions) Ahh, OneTab updated Oct 21 (yesterday), so maybe that's the culprit.
