Firefox is not following system theme
Even when I enable dark theme in system settings, Firefox doesn't update its theme to dark.

Does your system propagate that appearance to all apps right away? Would it be possible that Firefox only picks up that setting after restarting?
(I'm not familiar with your precise windowing/theming system, therefore I can't tell if the built–in "System theme — auto" is capable/compatible with your system to flip light vs. dark on its own — if not, there's always the explicit "Light" and "Dark" system themes available right next to it to enable, which should accomplish the same albeit manually.)
OK that's interesting, I restarted Firefox to check, and now it is responding to system theme changes instantly. The most basic troubleshoot method hits again.
