Why do I have to use Firefox to open up videos in my File Explorer?

I downloaded videos on a thumb drive. In order to open them, Mozilla asks me to sign into Firefox again and again to open the thumb drive even though I am in File Explorer on my computer, and want to see the videos to open up there. When I try to sign on to Firefox, its always wrong, even though I put in the correct signon.

Bottom line, I do not want to have to go to Firefox to look at videos, I want to see them only in my File Explorer.

Hi,

That sounds very weird, but regardless of what's happening, you should be able to open a file with the app you want and/or set the default app for a file type by means provided by Windows.
