TbSynch for EAS no longer works

started getting errors 2 hours ago. TbSynch into hotmail.com worked fine for years. On 140.9.0 esr.

Deleted tbsync account, created new app password, and then used Autodiscovery. No go. Used every possible combination offered by tbsync. Kept asking for another password. Dead in water. Filed a debug report. Also use every app password for years.
