new update is now restricting established frequent web sites
last update now will not let me log on to my everyday sites such as my BANK. this is ridiculous. how do i white list my most common sites?

What OS? If windows, home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox? Show the issue.
