I am uncertain what you mean as 

     1) I do not know what a SuperNova is, nor if I even have one;
     2) Screenshot may be our of date, but it can repair jumbled texts, and;
     3) I do not remember the question you posted earlier. Could ou be so kind as to repeat it?

I appreciate your help and that of your colleagues. As you know or may be obvious, I am not versed in computers.

I am not aware that we have a Carl on that support team here, and I too do not understand what you are referring to when you mention "SuperNova".

How can we help you with Firefox for Android?
