The categories are stored in the pref "calendar.categories.names". I'd check to see if it's set first.

If it's blank something cleared it, if not something went wrong elsewhere.

Thank for the answer. But it do not clear my Problem. When i make a new Termin on Google Calender oder WEB.de Calender its no Problem. The new Termin can changed on Thunderbird oder Web-Fontend (Google / Web.de) any thing goes. But many old Termins on z.B. Google Calender are not sync with Thunderbird; Example : a. many old categorys on Google Calender z.B. Privat are sync. and b. many old categorys on Google Calender z.B. Geschäftlich / Geschäft (Business) are not sync.

Can it do with the language (German) ??

Hello, now i have find a solution for my Problem. Old Calender / with Categories delete and new sync with Google.

But now ich have a new Problem. Will ich make a new Termin Thunderbird Calender hang it up.
