I just paid for a trial subscription for VPN. Now... how do I access it? How do I get on the VPN? Clicking on the icon in the tray doesn't do it. WTF!?

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out on the help forum.

Mozilla VPN is a stand alone app, which you will have to download on every device you would like protected.

Please note, Mozilla VPN is compatible with the following devices: • Windows 10 (64-bit only) • macOS (10.14 and up) • Android (version 8 and up) • iOS (12.0 and up) • Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 and up)

If you do have a compatible device, you can go ahead and download the VPN from vpn.mozilla.org. You’ll be prompted to sign up/in to your Firefox Account. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest. After you've installed it, open the client (by searching your device for Mozilla VPN), flip the switch to On, and you're good to go! It'll cover any internet activity on the device while it is turned on, including your browser activity.

I hope this helps.
