Thunderbird Calendar pop-up reminders/notifications - can they be set to Always on Top

If I am working in another window when a calendar reminder/notification pop-ups, the tray icon will light up but the pop-up itself is not visible unless I click on it or minimize the other windows I have open. Is there a setting to make these reminder/notification pop-ups Always on Top?

The issue was discussed here, but there seems to be no resolution. For Linux, there may be a method that works.
