My malware software shows PUA.FirefoxExt!Gr as harmful, should it be removed?

I recently installed"Malware Killer" and it now shows the above as harmful and that it should be removed. Is this correct or should I not delete it?

hm, it seems to refer to an already uninstalled addon, so in my mind you can safely let it remove/clean this item...
