This problem occurs for me only when I go to the website www.existe24.pl, and it lasts for around 5-15 seconds. It often asks for a captcha as well

www.existe24.pl

The correct address is : www.exsite24.pl

Some sites will do that to check if it is a valid attempt to enter their site, like here :

https://support.litebit.eu/hc/en-us/articles/115001319290-Checking-your-browser-before-accessing-LiteBit-Cloudflare

Also see :

https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/why-am-i-getting-a-checking-your-browser-before-accessing-message-before-entering-oneplus-net.336761/

And then there was someone who solved the problem :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1199606

(Note : I get the same message, and my time setting is correct)

Maybe it will be explained a little bit better here :

https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/154975/what-is-the-website-checking-about-my-browser-to-protect-the-website-from-a-ddos/154979

Question though : do you get the same message over and over again on that site  ? I only get it when I first visit the site .....

over and over, for four months

I just tried it (your link) using Edge and I got the same message and, just like when I use Firefox, only the first time I visit the site with that browser. If you keep getting that message every time you want to visit that site, there must be something going on that I can't put my finger
on (sorry .... ). Keeping my fingers crossed that someone else will come to your rescue ......

I've asked someone for help .....

Are you possibly using a computer with a lot of cores?

In such a case JavaScript can run asynchronously on more than one core and it is possible that there are timing (racing) conditions.

Any luck with Firefox Safe Mode and Private Browsing mode at the same time?

Cloudflare use a cookie based challenge.

The website creates a cf_clearance cookie when the challenge is resolved and the check finishes properly.
