How can I make reply email appear on top of original one instead of underneath?

When I reply to an email the typing shows on the screen below the original email. Also the recipient gets it underneath (below) the original. I want my reply to be at the top of the screen, instead of buried way down below everything else.

Please try these steps:

1. Select: Tools => Account Settings 2. Select: Composition & Addressing for the desired email account. 3. Set/check: Automatically quote the original message 4. Select: start my reply above the quote

I also have attached a screenshot to make it easier.
