I need to copy an e-mail to 9 folders, how do I do that?

I receive ad copy that must go into specific folders for the city area; City Heights, Convoy Street, Downtown etc. Some advertising will be in one folder some will be in a few and some will be in all of them. I need some way to identify which folder the mail is to be copied into and copy into those folders at one time. All I can see is how to copy into one folder at a time which makes the labor far too expensive. Hope you can help.

you might use a filter, but that is only if you can apply some sort of standard logic the filter will be able to see in the email. Otherwise you are on your own.
